Why no WS-6 parts @ slponline??

Why does SLP only offer Firehawk and SS replacement parts on their site??? The WS-6 was one of their productions wasn't it??

I don't believe so. The WS6 was a GM option, not an SLP option. For the WS6 parts, you would have to go to GM. I believe http://www.gm-restorationparts.com/ would be the place to look.

Ahh ok. I was thinkin that "Ram Air" was SLP's trademark but then i remembered that the Grand Am has a ram-air option and I'm pretty sure SLP doesn't make those

Lot of people try to pass off WS6's as slp eddition when they sell them too. see them on ebay all the time.

Up through 97, the regular production Camaro, Firebird and TransAm would come off the assembly line and be transported to SLP for the conversion. The cars were converted and shipped back to GM dealers. Only the Firehawk and Comp T/A were "SLP" cars, the SS and WS6 were options offered by GM. SLP does carry the parts, but they are not designated as SS or Ram Air parts. They have a generic designation that in reality are the same parts as if you ordered the official replacement parts though the GM dealer.
