Can anyone help me find car seat saftey ratings? I went to nhtsa but all i can find is user ratings. not the actual saftey ratings like wich one survived the best and which one we should get. Hes 3 months old and 21 pounds(chunky!) and hes out growing the one he has now pretty quick. thanks
