my sons 2004 v6 impala ls had the transmission start slipping.he changed fluid, filter and added Lucas brand additive to stop the slipping. it did stop it completely now 4500 miles later he says the shift from idle, even if light on the throttle, is very hard and it has been getting that way gradually.is this a sign it is going to fail completely?any recomendations on what to do about it? thanks for any help.
