There are no fancy bearings due to the fact we don't destroy the casing trying to get the throttle shaft out. There are no idle problems since the blades fit perfectly. There is no sticking of the blades because we take our time, and make sure everything is right.
The bores are polished and the blades are polished to a mirror shine as seen in the picture. We can fit an airfoil if you have one for no extra charge. You simply use your electronics and plates on this TB.
These flow in excess of 750 cfm which is comparable and sometimes better than the expensive aftermarket ones like BBK and Holley.
