1983 Z28 Auto 127,XXX miles Midnight Sand Grey Metalllic ext w/Sand Vinyl interior.
Purchase of new car kicks this one out of the garage and baby on the way prevents me from spending what I'd like to on it.
I bought this as my first car in 1991 and stopped driving it daily in 1997. Currently insured and registered as "Collector Vehicle", so the car has not gone through NJ inspection. Excellent project for restoration or modification. Paint is decent, some fading on horizontal surfaces. A/C not working, heat is intermittant. Aftermarket stereo not currently working. Car idles a little rough on startup, but after warm, she drives fine. Transmission rebuilt about 10,000 miles ago. Carb rebuilt about 1,000 miles ago. Original LG4. Body is solid, some door dings. Needs new hatch weatherstripping and new seat covers. I also have a mismatched set of 15x7 Z28 rims (2 gold, 2 silver) to go with the car. I have shop Manual, owner's manual, repro window sticker, chevrolet dealer invoice, and Camaro brochure for the car. Plenty of photos available, please email me.
I'd really like this to go to a fellow enthusiast's home before I try the ebay route.
