pros need ur help

first thing first, my drivers side headlight sometimes will go up bout 15/16 of the way then a second later go up the rest. and when i hit a bump it ill fall down a lil each time. but if i turn it off then back on it wont do it again, and it only does it like 5% of the time. is this the headlight motor gettin weak or the gears gettin striped

2nd: the electric hatch pull down on my car messed up also tonight, it keep running. but if i moved it a lil it stopped, but start to run again(when the lid was losed and even if i turn the key to unlock it again. is this the motor shorted out?

what u guys think? im gonna take a look at both of em tomorrow
