Supercharger and what else needs to be done?

I can't get the idea of a supercharger out of my head. I would love a NA engine with mods galore but the idea of bolting on a blower in a weekend and having that power on tap is too good to dismiss. Not to mention, my current engine is A-OK and I don't want to mess with it if I don't have to. Anyway, aside from the blower, what else should I do? I would likely get a larger throttle body but what about the heads? Should I upgrade those too? Aside from that, I wouldn't want to go into the engine. If I did, I wouldn't bother with the blower and would just start with that.

As for gears, I would probably just upgrade the 3.23's I have now to 3.42's. Sound OK? Remember that my 93 has the performance tranny so those 3.42's are equivalent to 3.73's in a 94+ F-body. To put in 3.73's into mine, is like 4.10's in yours
