  • Best Exhaust Setup for 3rd gen SBC

Hey guys, I finally picked up a new shortblock for my 83 Z28. 355ci with forged pistons and stock crank and rods. Its going to be a street/strip machine and I'm looking for the best setup for my car. I am on a bit of a budget but I also won't settle for trash. I already have Hooker Shorty's with 3 inch collectors but my stock setup will only accept 2 1/2 inch. Should I replace the whole setup? True duals or one big pipe? Mufflers? I would like something with a nice rumble but not overbearing until wot. Any help you guys can give is greatly appreciated.

P.S. Joe I love that stealth sewer pipe that you installed and had pics of a few weeks back. Can I get one for my application and if so how much???
