1995 camaro v6 cooling fans

For some strange reason the computer will not send a signal to cooling fan relay(s),I changed the temp sensor and I am currently running the two fans in low speed by appling a ground to the no.1 relay.I would like to have the system working normally but I am ready to bybass computer and use what I think is a dual temp sensor to close relay(s) My question is,does anybody have an ideai what is going on and where to get switches to bypass?.Also a/c clutch and fan will not come on(also signal from computer)pressure is good this also can be jumped out to work.Thanks any advice in advance.Mark-Atl
