Well i have three problems/questions i could use help with:
1. well i swapped engines in my baby (87 T/A). i had the original 305 and of course swapped it for a 5.7 91 corvette TPI. The engine is fine, came out of a show car with only bout 30k. The problems is that i have original 305 auto tranny with slapstick. and i can't take her to 4600 RPM without bucking, and second gear i cant even get to 4000. Bottom line i want a new manual tranny. Can a T5 suportt my 5.7?
2. I want headers and need to get my suffocating stock head gasekt and y-pipe out. I was thinking of hooker 2055's, any suggestions?
3. I also am going to change the rear axel ratio. What ratio do you think would be best? i was thinkin 4.10s?
