throttle body on 92 RS--how difficult to rrebuild/epalce?

Just got a call from the dealer--injectors in teh throttle body on teh 92 RS (160,000 miles) are leaking fuel--needs a complete rebuild which they say will run about $1000. I have never done a throttle body rebuild, but have rebuilt carbs in my earleir life. Is this rebuild a job I could tacvkle, or would I be able to replace the entire throttle body with a unit from a parts store? Need some help quick.
