Has a 86 trans am 350 engine with TPI (has cruise control - if that matters). His spedometer went out the other day (digital gauge). Turned it on and noticed the gauge wasnt counting up as he drove. stays at zero while driving.
What steps should he take to fixing it? what could it be where should he start?
Should he check the transmission? or what?
