My XC90 flashed up a battery warning this morning and the start-stop system has stopped working, which I know is often the first sign that the auxiliary battery or main battery is on its way out. These newer Volvos have so much electronics and I've read that you need to be careful with battery replacements because of all the sensors and systems. I'm looking for a Trusted Volvo battery shop in Abu Dhabi that actually understands these Swedish cars and stocks the correct AGM batteries with the right specs. Found a place online that specialises in Volvo battery replacement and they mention having technicians who know about the dual battery systems in the XC90 and can test both batteries properly . Has anyone used them or can recommend a reliable place that won't just throw in any battery and hope for the best? I'm in Al Raha Gardens so somewhere that knows Volvos would be ideal.
