  • Choosing LS6 Manifolds

I've been looking at LS6 Manifolds beiong advertised. It is mentioned that Alunimum has the advantage of being ported. The Nylon/Plastic is lighter and dissapates more heat. I also read that Throttle Bodies Greater than 80mm don't really help LS1 engines because the intake port of the plastic/nylon manifolds can't be enlarged. Now when they mean porting the the alunimum manifolds, do they also mean they can enlarge the intake of the manifold as well?

If you wanted to buy an LS6 manifold, which kind of manifold would you buy, from who and why? I heard SLP is pretty good. Thanx for the info.
