need new EGR valve help finding one...

guys,
had my friend scan my 95 camaro Z28 today. he said that my EGR valve is bad. were do i get one? he said dealer part only. can i get an aftermarket EGR valve? or should i go with AC delco? also, does my Z28 have an obd1 or obd 2 computer? single cat 95 Z28. any dealers on line that i can check prices on?
