I'd have to agree with that.
I've had plenty of stuff delivered by UPS with no problem (I worked at the Honolulu hub for 2 years too, lol).
    but
I ordered a used dash pad for my Camaro from a place in TN. It was in great shape, no cracks at all.
When UPS delivered it there were foot prints on the package and had several cracks in the pad where the footprints were!
Ohh I was so pissed when I called UPS!
All they could say was "we're sorry" and "have the shipper file a claim"
I don't want to file a claim! I want a good dash pad!
I called the place I bought it from and they agreed to take it back.
Still don't have a good dash pad thanks to careless/thoughtless UPS employees!
