    2 mustang kills today

    Ran a 98 looking cobra real loud exhaust, nice wheels and hood. I pulled up next to him and he made a yauning jesture, moking me, bad idea. Next thing i know he throws me a rev we are at about a 55 roll i took probubly 3 cars on him by the end.

    Pulled up next to a 05 red vert GT. Nice guy said he wanted to run i had my girlfriend in my car he had his. We ran from about 20 roll, took about 2 cars on him by the next light.

    Why are mustangs so slow?
    1995 LT1 bird
    10" 2800 stall coan converter,beefed tranny, supreme shift,motive 373 gears,3 inch catback with a flowmaster muffler, pcmforless tuned,slp cold air intake,tb bypassed, better flowing intake elbow, air foil,poly trans mount.

    not all stangs are slow. maybe these guys were mostly stock... you are not.

    some stangs will eat you alive with your mods...... be carefull...

    street racing will end you up in doo doo my friend....

    i know, ive done it a few times, carefully...but ..its still not a good idea.

      Just for referance, I had a 03 or 04 Cobra convertible stick right with me from 0-60. According to my beltech vector performance meter, I run a 4.8 second 0-60 with a 2.0 60' time on street radials. My guess is that he was stock. A hardtop version would have pulled a little on me. You can't say they are all slow.

        You guys know what i meant. Not to start a flame war but kids and even adults get these GT's and such roush and saleen non supercharged and put loud exhaust on them and think they are so fast. I dont think f-bodys really get the respect they deserve
