2700 dogs, in a just a few shelters that our team saw....crammed in .......most of them starving and unhealthy.....

seems New Orleans folks like to have a bunch of dog, many of which were fed scraps from the downtowners and passerbys........

whats wrong with people?????

granted, overbreeding and puppy mills have a lot to do with it

im heart broken.
