Thanks for the update , but hitting someone in just the right spot might not be that hard on a older man with weakened blood vessels or weakened muscles you never know what condition the man was in

And.... more followup in the news today. The lawyers are involved.
The family of the deceased (the widow is handicapped.... gonna get a lot of sympathy) has retained a lawyer (I bet they were lined up at the door) to consider the possibility of suing the teenager for damages. The lawyer for the family claims that although one might be able to defend his actions against criminal charge on the basis that he acted out of self-defense, that a person who does so is still liable for the damages he/she causes.
