Rita is already starting to cause some flooding in New Orleans it looks like

Well at least Rita is starting to fall apart. It still has time to re-stengthen but it looks doubtful. It is encountering some wind shear apparently. It is still going to casue significant storm surge and flooding but at least the winds won't be so bad.Comment
