When the college graduates with doctorate degrees put their popcorn in the microwave for 10 minutes and forget about it. They burn the crap out of it and stink the whole place up.

Left lane drivers who aren't passing someone.

People who change lanes into a lane they know is going to end to pass as many people as they can and squeeze in at the last minute. Would they do that at the bank?

Great one, Ken. I hated that at my old office (there's only four of us in my current office).

I hate when I go to use the ATM, and some moron is doing their banking on it! It's like they're applying for a second mortgage or something. Let's move it along, people!

That is *exactly* what I say to my wife when I see that. Another instance is when there is slow traffic in the right lane and the left lane is backed up with people passing the right lane traffic.

We all form a nice neat line in the left lane, as we all pass the slower traffic to the right.

There is always that one car that thinks they are better than everyone else.

They get in the right lane, passing the line of traffic in the left lane.

then when they get up to the slower traffic, they try to jump into the left lane to pass.

SO in an instance where there is an obvious line of cars to pass, they feel so special that they can run to the front of the line and cut in.

Would you do that in line at the bank??? Rude!

This is where i can get a little passive aggressive. I will slow down or speed up subtly, just enough to make it so they cant get in. I'll grin and Tami will look at me and know exactly what I'm doing. I'll go as far as to slow a bit, to minimize the space behind me, then accelerate a bit as he passes me to minimize the space in front of me.

Satisfaction comes about 90% of the time when the idiot gets stuck and is unable to get in the left lane. Then he has to sit there behind the slow car until the entire line(that he tried to skip) passes him by. HAHA

Here is another one....... you are cruising down the road, giving a decent space between you and the car in front of you. There is nobody remotely close behind you, yet some turd decides that they have to pull out in front of you instead of until you pass by. Of course you now have to slam on the brakes and poke along because this freaking moron won't even do the speed limit. How they cannot see that there was no traffic behind you is a mystery.

I waited in line at the u-haul place behind this lady for 20 minutes while she tried to rent a truck.

Oh, I was mad. I felt like going up to her and yelling: (pardon the caps)

                1) WHAT SIZE TRUCK DO YOU WANT?
                2) DO YOU NEED A DOLLY OR BLANKETS?
                3) NOW PAY FOR IT AND MOVE ON!

My gosh, it was taking her forever.... she couldnt make up her mind about a thing. She had no idea what she even needed or wanted. I wish the "soup nazi" from seinfeld worked there.. "NO TRUCK FOR YOU!!"

Ahhhh, so you've driven in CA for more than 5 sec., huh? lol

The worst are these morons that block you in for no good reason, and completely different from what Tracy was talkin' about. Prime example:

I'll be driving in the left (or "fast" lane, whatever you prefer), decent amount of room in front, hardly anyone behind. My exit will be getting close so I'll start lookin' for a "mark" so-to-speak on where I want to make my lane-change. Most of the time, its not a problem...in, pause for a couple, out...no big deal. But, every once-in-a-while, I'll get this moron that'll see me come up and pass him in the left lane with my signal on, then decide for no good reason to speed up...just to make me work for it. Now, I'm not an advocate of vigilante justice or anything, but it kinda makes me feel good when I just tap the gas and either still get ahead of him or get ahead of the person ahead of him and still make my change. Almost makes me want to give them the CA salute...friggen idiots. The worst part is, I notice it happens less when I drive the Jeep than the Z...are people really that dumb?!?!

All the bad driving habits you guys have named... they're on my list. People just seem to become a$$holes or idiots when they get behind the wheel. It becomes a competition, like people think they're on a track. I get half a dozen incidents of the above situations on every commute to or from work. Are people really that anxious to get to work that they're going to cut you off or be an a$$hole for it?

I've got another one for you too.... People on the highway who slow down when some one is merging from an onramp! The merger has to yield to traffic, not the other way around!! Hence the "Yield" sign!! I hate that.... merger is slowing to try to get into traffic, idiot on the highway is slowing down to let him on, both slow down some more, pretty soon you've got gridlock. Another big one for me is the people who speed up a lane they know is ending to get a fe cars ahead, as mentioned above. We have a lot of those areas here in the harrisburg area, and if people would just stay in line the traffic would flow so much smoother and everyone would benefit.... but no! Some people are better than others and deserve to get to the head of the line!! ARG!!
