Parker had renewed his license in 2003.

For Petes sake....the guy is 93 years old. How many 93 year olds should be driving anything...let alone a car on public highways. Until this changes, you will continue to have problems.

That is a huge problem down here. You can renew you license by mail without taking a test....... regardless of age. You just pay the dough via mail and they send you a renewal sticker for the license. This makes sense to allow a 90 year old person to not have their reflexes and vision checked. It's been tried before and the old folks scream "descrimination" and the politicians back off because the old folks control the money flow.
