That car is likely totaled. It only takes damage in the amount of roughly 2/3 of the current fair market value of the vehicle to total it.

if it wasnt for the key marks and broken windows it would be a pretty neat paint scheme some new ricer trend i thought it was at first

this happened to me
but it was spray paint and it came off thanks to the wax polish ..man it is frustrating not to know who did it
