I passed out around 1 and woke to some big time lightening, emergency siren, and a loud knock on my door. I live in the upstairs of a duplex. It was the girls downstairs telling me that a tornado is coming our way and to come get in the basement. Me being a dumb male, I figured I’d be fine. Luckily I was right. So, it hit around 1:30, I was about 4 miles away. I was watching out the window and have never seen violence like this. Wind, rain, everything. My neighborhood made it through fine, but a few miles over got hit hard. Just thought I would share my wild night.
