    some fall pics of RI

    Decided to cruise the back roads to the 812 foot Jerimoth Hill, the highest point in RI, on Saturday. On the way back in the boodocks we saw this tree, well the gf inisisted I turn around and take some pics of this tree. I had the film developed and decided to leave them full size as they'd make a nice fall background. Tell you what in all of RI, This tree was probably the most stunning I've come across. Enjoy

    Sometimes it is far better to enjoy the car vs cleaning the car. This was just one of those times. (car was dirty from stray bobtail cat dirt-painting in the morning dew)

          Nice color there. I'm surprised there is still color there being so far north.

            well RI has has a warm year and everything has been delayed as a result, including the autumn foliage. I live on an island, and as a result fall arrives later than most of New England except Cape Cod. The hot weather somehow delayed the colors changing there in NW RI (boondocks) where I took the pics.
