  • Give me opinions! Which rims?

    I cannot decide. Polished C5's or polished Zo6 Replica's. 18 in the rear, 17 up front. I can't decide. I have always loved the C5's, but the more I see a nice set of z06's on the f-body the more I want them. jerrysta makes me want the zo6's.

    ::drool::

    I am leaning toward the zo6.

    What to do???

    From searching around, the new coming of the C6 and c6 zo6, the price of replica's for the c5 stuff has gone down it looks like.

    neither actually. I never really liked Vette rims on f-bodies. I think our car are too bulky looking for the thin spoked C5's and Z06's.

    BUT, if I had to pick...Z06.

                I do like ZR1's but there are so many camaro's out there with them. I have only seen one guy in my area with z06 rims on his raro. looked really really nice.

                I have grown apart from the C5 rims. Maybe if my car was black...

                I am going to go with a set of chrome or polished Z06's. Depending on the price difference.

                Thanks for all the input guys, I appreciate it.

                  You'll be the one driving it!! If you're drooling over it, than it's the right choice!

                  I prefer more curves in my wheels though. Straight lines clash with the car's curvey body, IMHO. But that's just me though.

                    I don't personally care for the Z06 wheels on a f-body. Just doesn't look right. Now the Y2K C5 wheels look great on a f-body! I like the ZR1's but only on Camaros.

                      Here is a side by side of the ZR1's and Y2K C5's. Hands down the C5's look much better!

                              I've always thought that 5 spoke wheels(or variations on the theme) were best on the camaro. I'm sure its only because the third gens came with five spokers but I just cant get my head to think different.
