Actually, the worst thing you could possibly do when realizing you've met "the point of no return" and are going to wreck is to tense up. Things like grabbing the wheel, stoming the brake pedal, etc... end up with broken wrists, forearms, legs, hips, etc... let the seatbelt do its job, you aren't going to hold yourself in place

Yeah, but you can't tell how the wreck happened in that video. He obviously tried to avoid whatever he was about to hit, and he could have done a better job of it with 2 hands! I'm not saying he should've tensed up, just had both hands on the wheel.

I really hope he didn't because putting a video of someones death on the internet is really sick. He looks like he takes a heck of a hit off the windshield and his head hits the back window also but its amazing what people live through its also amazing how little it takes for someone to be killed sometimes.
