So I am driving down the road and its raining. There are two cars 
to turn left at a stop sign, there are cars coming from both ways so the first car decides to wait well the second car decide that he can make it so he passes the first car on the wrong side of the road and pulls out. As he is coming out I am next to him about to get t-boned, lucky for me there was a subdivision there and they had made a shoulder for cars to turn on so I had to swerve in to it and pass him and swerve back over before it ran out of space. Then the guys decides to ride my bumper the rest of the way, I think that he thought I came out of the subdivision and cut him off, if that’s the case then that means he never saw me coming down the road even when about the t-bone me.
