  • How far have you gotten with your xmas shopping?

    I haven't started yet.

Normally, I have it all done by now. The only thing under my tree is the last shipment from UPS. None of them are gifts. LOL

Btw, we go a bad snow storm here in KC two days ago and I got stuck in my parking lot. Get this..... in 1 inch of snow. Later, we got about a foot additional. I just stayed home.

I bought my wife and my daughter something but now I'm not sure about either. Ugh

I don't go anywhere in the snow. It's just not worth it.

I was doing great with Christmas gifts. I started really early this year. For no apparent reason, I just grinded to a halt. Haven't bought a single gift in the past three weeks. I'm taking Monday off so I can try and finish. We'll see how that goes.

I haven't bought anything so far... do ideas count? Though I don't plan on buying anything until I get to my mom's because I don't want to have to haul everything there. So I'll start shopping on the 22nd or so...

Oh that's funny as heck. BEFORE you posted this I heard a snippet of dueling banjos on the radio. Well that led me into playing Charlie Daniels. So I'm sitting here listening to "The South's gonna do it again" when I read your post. How funny.

My daughter plays violin. I got her the sheet music to The devil went down to Georgia. She had to start slowly but in 5 minutes she was pretty much playing it at full speed. Don't tell her I bought her an electric violin for Christmas. Shhhh. It sounds awesome plugged into my guitar amp. Well awesome is an understatement. Amazing is closer.

BTW RangerBob check you private messages.
