  • Work out talk

All the talking about working out on this off topic forum has gave me a discussion. What is everyones hieght weight, and how much they do in lifts like bench press, squats and so on.
I am and 17 year old football player, I'm 6'1 260lbs and I bench press 275 and squat 365. I'm curious to hear how much Hulk, i mean Ken does.

6'4 185. Ding. (Espn Radio Dan Patrick)
I'm obviously slinder. Bench is sitting at 190 @ 5 reps. Can't seem to get past this wall with the number of days I lift. I'm happy here though.

          bench 555lbs

          hahahaahahahaha

          j/k

cant bench anymore, have a quirk in my left shoulder that prevents me from "tight end straight pressing". dont squat because of my left knee either... these are all old sports and surfing injuires..

i suppliment other things though, leg press machine, dips with extra weight on my waist, usually 30lbs or so... do alot of shoulder work now.. several awesome machines at the gym that work the inside, outside, and tops of the shoulders... lots of pulley exercises, use them for curls, tricepts and also shoulders. fly machine for chest too. overhead pulldowns, both hands out and hands wide and hands in. at my age, its more of a "maintenance" workout, although its not too late to build alittle more bulk...i also go for definition and cut more than bulk... tues, thurs, and sat. are less weight more reps at cardio pace..... other days, i work in at least 20 min of cardio in the week and 40 on sunday....with more weight less reps....

dont hurt yourself... remember, dont use more weight that you can "manage".

This is last years max out competition at football. 6'1" 180 lbs, Bench:250 Squat: 515, Power Clean: 250, 40 yard dash was 4.68. I have no idea what I can do now, I have only been lifting on and off. But those numbers were after 6 years of non stop lifting.

One of the strongest kids on the team my junior year benched 405, squatted 625, and power cleaned 315. He currently plays at Delaware Valley college.

What I did in my prime and what I do now are two different stories. Now, I am 5'10", 205lbs. Current bench is roughly 325, squats I don't do anymore due to injuries. In my prime, best squat was 605 and I was 45 lbs heavier. Benched more too.
