You don't take your fish out for a swim?

I had a friend who used to walk his rabbit. That was funny looking.

        Relax, man!

Those are important things and so are animals. Yes I take it seriously , because I have a deep conviction for animals. God gave us a direct unmistakible responsibility to love and care for them. To ban them from public interaction with humans is a direct contradiction to our sovereign leader. That's all.

The airplane crashed and burned along time ago!

Has anyone ever seen a dog or a cat in the middle east? Just sitting here thinking about it and I can't recall ever seeing one in a picture taken over there.

haha, i love my tank its small but its not too bad, and it all depends on what you have running it and whats in it that makes it hard to take care of, if you put the right filter, skimmer, and regulate the lighting you would barely have to touch it, it will maintain itself almost the only downside to them that its an expensive hobby and if you do run into a problem you will probably have to drop a pretty penny or lose everything, and im working on the pic my pc inst going right lately

Straight from the Humane Society, Animal Legal & Historical Web Center and AKA:

                    1. 71% of dog attacks happen at home or in a place in which is less than a 1/2 mile from their home.

                    And the real kicker:

                    2. 77% of those who are attacked are attacked by a dog who they are familiar with or by a friend's or relative's dog.
This is true for one of the attacks that happened there. The dogs lived a few houses down from the woman that they attacked. http://www.wral.com/news/4754407/detail.html

The constitutuion was derived in order to provide a moral and logical basis for our judicial system and Goverment to make and enforce law, not to figure out whether a dog should be allowed in a public place. That is precisely what our vast archive of Statutes are for. Most pet laws are left to be mostly interpreted and enforced by local authorities.

Liberty is a great thing and is to be enjoyed by everyone no doubt. However your vague attempt at trying to show a inhibition of liberty out of one's control being held in the hand's of a dog owner is simply rediculous. So by your intolerant ideology, we should provide a Statute in which prohibits anything and everytihng that may infringe on one's idea of his own deprivation of liberty Horsesh%t.

If we passed a law banning everthing that someone found offensive or in some way restrictive of his own idea of deprivation of freedom or liberty, we would live in a very sad sad world.

Flaming is using a derogatory intention. Narcissim is a pathlogical condition and in no way shape or form derogatory. Hind-sight is 20-20 and here is a probably more accurate term is s should have used. Egocentric: 1 : concerned with the individual rather than society

                    http://www.m-w.com/dictionary/egocentrism

Your so concerned with preventing yourself from having to worry yourself about the "major" task of concerning yourself with the decision to take your kids somewhere based upon whether there will be dogs there or not. Why not concern yourself with something more rational like worrying about whether or not your kid is going to be shot by a fellow disgruntled student.
We already have laws that require dogs to be on a leash. The whole point of this is they planned to prohibit all dogs from the event, and fine any owners that brought their dog, on a leash or not. They had already raised the fine for roaming animals. http://www.rrdailyherald.com/article...news/news2.txt
http://www.wral.com/news/4781125/detail.html If someone is in direct control of their animal I see no problem with bringing it. Certainly no reason to fine someone $500.

BTW our cats (2) never go out of the house, and the dog is always on a leash when she is out. We care about the health and safety of our animals, and I respect the rights of my neighbors to not be bothered on their property by our animals. I expect no less from them.

I agree, if a dog is on a leash or harness, he is therefore in control. It would take a massive mutt to pull the leash out of my hand.

It would be ludacris to fine a dog owner at that event if he had his pet on a leash.
