  • How well do you know our country?

24 out of 30 is considered a passing grade. 96% of all High School
Seniors FAILED this test...AND if that's not bad enough, 50+% of all
    individuals over 50 did too!!

Ooh...I got nailed on questions 22-24. IMO number 23 in particular is a little tricky. 22 & 24 I flat out didn't know. I don't know how I missed #24 happening as I was in high school then.

In Maryland all high school students are required to pass functional tests prior to graduation. One of those is a test on government. It covers state and federal governments...all 3 branches among some other things. So, at least in theory, Maryland high school graduates should be able to pass this.

          22 of 30, ouch
The ones I got stumped on were the numbers and dates, and that there is no official language. That's the first time I've heard that
94 Black T/A GT, Advanced Induction 355, 3200 stall, built 4L60E, Moser 9", Baer Brakes, Shooting for 11s...

Been a while since I took statistics...but the average correct answers is 20.6. Of course that counts the 1,050 people that got a score of zero which I don't think should be counted at all. That doesn't help much...20.7. I don't think these numbers are all that good though. Who knows the mental state of those taking the test. 27/30 is better than 90% of the scores (if you don't count the zero scores). If 24 is passing, then 27% had at least that many right.

Here's the distrubution for you stat junkies.

I'm using firefox too. Version 1.5. No problem here. Maybe the same issue as with the pictures earlier? Or does your computer just like to torture you?

29/30 for me, I missed the "How many years is a full term for a representative?" thought it was 4. I guess history is my thing, but it is my 2nd most hated subject which is math.

                            28 out of 30.

Forgot that Eisenhower was born in Abilene, Texas. Took a wild (and incorrect) guess on the number of amendments proposed but not adopted.
