  • Good Challenger pics...

The new Challenger keeps a lot of the good: the signature horizontal “thrust” line that creases the fender and door and kicks up just ahead of the rear wheel; the wide look at front and rear; and the long, low hood accented by twin diagonal scoops fitted with functional butterfly valve intakes. Inside, deep gauge holes, a leather-wrapped steering wheel (with ribbed steering column, of course) and a pistol-grip shift handle evoke Challengers of old. Like Challengers past, this concept packs more than its share of muscle under the hood in the form of an SRT-tuned 6.1-liter, 425-hp, 420-lb-ft Hemi V8, linked to a six-speed manual transmission. Chrysler estimates the fully functional concept should rocket 0 to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds, clip the quarter-mile in 13 seconds and attain a top speed of 174 mph.

Looks real nice, but I was surprised to find this out:
    Length:
    Challenger: 197.8"
    Magnum: 197.7"
    300: 196.8"

    And also this:
    1970 challenger:
    wheelbase: 110"
    length: 191.3"

    new challenger:
    wheelbase: 116"
    length: 197.8"

    1970 chevelle:
    wheelbase: 112"
    length: 197.2"

Here's a comparison that someone else came up with using relative size by pixel length.

That interior is awful... the design of the car I really like, but it's definitely way too big.

It needs the hockey stick stripes at very least. Great looking design, though.

Nicely done. Yea, I had a 71 Challenger and the tail looked similar to what you have done. Please call Dodge and tell them about your plan.

It needs a bold "01" on the side and a confederate flag on the roof.

Yeah, but this looks a hell of a lot more like it than the new Charger does...

That's definitely true. The new Charger is a disgrace to Dodge IMHO.
