Screaming Mad, don't sweat it. It happens. Just be very honest with the authorities and maybe they will cut you some slack.

of course i meant a typical crotch rocket, but dude.... who in the F would buy one of those for their rocket? I wonder how many of those they actually sell, to sport bike riders anyway.

They are made for typical crotch rockets. And dude, I've known several buds that have used them. They work very well, and are great when you are going for a long straight cruise down the highway after tearing up the twisties.

I was going to get one for my zx-12r, but it's about to get a Muzzy stroker kit and some head work. Looking for about 220 RWHP n/a. It will be mainly a weekend warrior and I don't really go on long cruises like alot of the other guys do.

laser jammers are accually legal in *some* places and radar jammers are all illegal... but any one with access to the net and some high school electronics classes under their belt... can build one with just one stop to your local electronic shop and hey if your not the only one on the road whos to say its your car jamming the area???

my dad built one for his old nova when he was in the navy till he turned it on at the base. Radar jammers are illegal becasue they can effect radio signals sometimes

I need to fit a chaff dispencer, that will sort the radar out!

Been talking to few people today and seems that detecting signals is legal, but tryin to block signal is big no no!

Also heard today that here in the UK they are currently discussions about the laser and its use because its possible to bounce it off the road and give faulse readings... I dont know how true this is?

I drove like an old granny today Dont wanna get caught again or it will be the death penalty!!!!!!!!

Darnt go out on my motorbike! Soon as I put helmet on I turn into speed demon! Im going to have to do some thinking and SLOW DOWN!!!

Well i'll do my best, Ive got a good solicitor, my suit is at the dry cleaners gettin ready! I will plead guilty, and keep my mouth shut unless asked! Solicitor is going to be doing most of the talking for me! hopefully!

On my side to make things look not too bad solicitor is going to bring up about the conditions been good, traveling down hill after long uphill climb, and that I have just had car repaired, giving it over drive wish it had not had for a year, meaning lower revs and less noise which I was not yet used to! Also that I need my licence for work, and that I currently still having physio for plated leg, and need a vehical...

Yer I know no excuses, but got to try make it not too bad! Fine and points is ok, but if I loose licence I could loose my job, work in middle of knowwere and also need to be able to drive whilst at work

Cars don't "creep up" to 100 mph without it being intenional from the driver. (That's why I was hoping you were on your bike.) LT1/LS1 cars don't even do that... let alone 3400 V6 f-bodies. You were speeding deliberately and that's what's going to hurt you.

I'm suprised that he didn't just give you a ticket with points. Like say you were going 29 mph over. That way you get the ticket and points, but keep your license. Weak man.
unless the road speed was 70mph he was going atleast 35 over. My guess is he was on a 55 mph road at best and doing 46 over

We dont have 55 limits over here! It was a 70 like most of our roads
And no I was not intentionally speeding! If I was I would say I was! It was on a long down hill after miles of up hill. Lack of concentration if anything

if i were you i'd just tell him about the transmission problems you were having and how you were used to a high RPM due to lack of overdrive and you just made a mistake, if you acknolege(sp) you made a mistake and be polite you should be fine. as long as you ain't an a** they're usually understanding human beings

I still think you should borrow or rent a military uniform and limp into court with a bunch of medals hanging on your chest. Cough a lot, move real slow, and and act like you can't hear so good and maybe the judge won't throw the book at ya.
