Marty has been having an odd problem for the past few weeks, so he decides to see his doctor.

Doctor: "So, what seems to be the problem?"
Marty: "Well, you see, every morning at 5:30 I have the best bowel movement of my life"
Doctor: "That's great! So what's the problem?"
Marty: "I don't wake up until 6"
