  • Good Article About My New Car

Glad to see it's finally getting some press coverage.

I know we like to discount the mag's articles quite often, but it's still fun when you see your car perform well in tests.

    Check it out:
    http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=929826

It's the fastest car of the bunch around the track, and they clocked it at 13.7 @ 99 in the quarter mile.

There are a few little quirks about the car that I'm not fond of... but overall... I could NOT be any happier with my purchase. I absolutely love this car - it is a complete joy to drive in every possible way.
Former Ride: 2002 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 - 345 rwhp, 360 rwtq... stock internally.

    Current Ride: 2006 Subaru Legacy GT Limited - spec.B #312 of 500

YThere is an article in the new Car and Driver too. Compared to the Mazdaspeed 6. They picked the Subaru as the more complete package. The 6 was faster but the Subaru was the better car.

MotorTrend also picked the Scooby. The Scooby was faster in MotorTrend though

It'll be a while... a new porch on my house, then paying off my 2nd mortgage come first... that'll probably push me in to next year (although I anticipate a little bit of a raise next week, so we'll see).

I might also be moving somewhere warm

I've had the latter bug for six years now. That bug sucks!

Oh well... You'll have plenty of time for mods. Just keep the straight and narrow.

Meh... I don't think it's that bad. I'd much rather live a fulfilling, comfortable, well-planned life than have of the above - but a damn fast car...

Agreed, but I'd rather have all of the above, and not have to pay for it. Is that asking too much?
