I know some of you guys dont think supplements are all that useful but ive been using creatine for about 7 months and I think its working really well or atleast it's giving me a mentality boost. Now i stopped lifting for a month a couple months back, i think around late october to late november, just had no time. I stopped taking creatine and i think i lost a bit of mass obviously since i wasn't working anything. November up until now ive been working out religiously and taking the creatine and ive noticed a lot more gain. I've also been taking soy protein since a can't stomach the whey.
To get to the point... I heard that you can sometimes plateau taking creatine and that you should stop taking it for a month but keep working out and then start again and you will start gaining again. is that true or just myth?
