A wall clock would be sweet, but I'd take a hat (fitted), t-shirt, sweatshirt, and don't forget the STICKERS!! There's all sorts of good stuff to be had.

Good sugestions for what type of merchandise. Now we need someone with some graphic arts skills to make a logo. (don't look at me, I couldn't draw a straight line with a ruler!)

Here's what some other sites/orgs are using: http://www.cafepress.com/cp/search/s...pt=&rpp=60&st=

stickers are cool. Maybe an f-body.com calendar with member rides would be sweet. We just need good quality pictures. T-Shirts are always awesome. I could throw some designs together for shirts. Anybody that's decent with photoshop should throw some stuff together just to see what we come up with.

I'll throw a few ideas around with some logo's on Photoshop and see how they look. I'll do some tees and decals for examples.

Will these be fundraiser sales or is this a possible side business venture you're looking into? I think it would be successful if you were to market them to the right audiences.

I like the t-shirt/sweatshirt ideas. Hats, keychains, plate frames, stickers... All are great ideas as well. I guess once we have a nice logo, we can go from there.

One thing about the calendar that would be cool would take all the pictures that members send it and use them for the month they were born. So each month would have a picture of smaller pictures tiled on it with peoples cars from that birth month. I think that'd be pretty cool.

also which would be kind of cool, a wall calender of the 12 highest rated cars from members of the forum. Give 2 days to upload pictures. Then admins/mods can pick the best 20 or 25 and then have us vote for the top 12 in a poll. that'd be kinda sweet

I've looked into doing calenders before, the only problem is they're very expensive/per calender unless you're having several thousand made. We're talking like $15-20 per calender just to have them made, unless you're ordering more than a thousand of them. The more you order, the cheaper they get. There was a site where you could get them down to $5-6/calender if you ordered 5,000. We'd never be able to unload 5,000 of them though.

I like the calendar idea, along with the license plate frames and of course a vinyl decal or two.

I would pay the 20 bucks for a calendar if you guys could get them made for 15. That would be 5 bucks profit.

From a funds standpoint I would think some of the other items might be better though.

How about some sort of medallion that hangs from your rear view mirror. I like the licence plate holder, if it can fit in the back
You can get tire pressure gages, pens, clip boards and flashlights that wont cost to much and are useful. Oh an magnets too
