I'll give a tentative yes. I believe Skyline Drive may be scheduled in April as well. It's usually around that time if I'm not mistaken.

We are meeting between 11-12 on 30th of April at the Park and Ride right off I-66 Exit #6, If you are coming from 81 south or north stay to the right of the Exit then as soon as u merge onto 522 south get in the left lane. You will make a left into the Park and ride. If you are coming from east of Front Royal you will get on 66 west and get off at Exit 6 stay in the left lane of the exit and you will stay in the left lane and about 1/2 a mile you make a left into the Park and Ride.
