    Well, I've seen the movie several times, starring Peter Sellers, Peter Sellers, Peter Sellers and . . . Jean Seberg (yummy!).

    The difference is that the Duchy of Fennwick never expected (or wanted) to win the war and take over America. Quite the opposite!
