went to look at some new cars today, found a nice 02 alero with 35K on it for 8grand. come home from skool, my dad had bought it . finally i have a daily driver that isnt junk ill get pics sometime soon

I like that car. Back when they were new I had the privaledge to go and tour the factory where they were being made. Ever since I loved that car. It will be a nice DD for ya.

my mom has that car in a 4 door with all the options, its a DD and pretty good gas milage too. we've had it for about 20K miles and it hasn't needed anything other then oil changes

mine is a 02 alero, 4dr, silver, 2.2L I4(pretty peppy for a 4 banger) auto, cd, roll up windows, cloth interior, cruise, flip down rear seats, power locks, traction control and abs. really nice car, now i wont have to fill up every 3 days

car is really nice being able to fill up on sunday and drive all week is nice.

i got the basic 3K/60day warrenty. dont matter my uncle and neighboor both work there as techs so i doubt ill have any problems gettin stuff fixed for cheap or free . haha as my boss calls them "bendover chevy"

The Alero is on my list of cars I'd want to test drive. I've heard good things about the driving dynamics. There are some FWD cars out there that can be very fun. The Merc Mystique is one that surprised me. That car does beg you to take corners faster, and you'd never know it by looking at it.

i can't speak for the 4 banger alero but the 3.1 just begs to be at full throttle.... but there is a speed limiter on there so your fun does stop...(note i tested that in easter washington... if you've ever been there you'd know that its a safe area to try and go fast)
