  • Starting my new job tomorrow!!

    Starting my new job tomorrow...wish me luck!! To bring everyone up to speed, I had an offer over a year ago that required a security clearance. I'm still for a clearance. I lost patience and found a similar job a grade higher in pay scale. No clearance necessary!

    It's been 6 months out of work...a real drag. Can't wait to get back in action!!

        Good luck. I heard the other day that the US government is about 100,000 applications behind in clearances.

            Where you working now? Being laid off sucks. I got laid off in November. It sucks! I go stir crazy, I miss work, being around people, etc... It's not all bad tho, some time off feels good sometimes. Enjoy your new job dude.
