                  Congrats, Ken. It's always cool to make the pages of a magazine. I made one about seven years ago. It was a hockey publication called Regional Hockey News. It's not even around anymore. I was skating with the puck towards the goalie, a good friend of mine. I'll have to see if I can dig it up somewhere.

                    You mention that you used their products to help you bulk up. If you don't mind I'm curious what you use and how much/often. I tried that musle milk protein for a week to see if I was ready/fit enough for proteins yet. Currently working on week #10. But after reading that your letter, you made me curious what your doing
