    Hey guys, about this ebay scammer

    He has still not sent my money. Keeps saying that he sends it, and then a week letter there is no money. I send about 3 emails a day and he responded saying Stop Sending Emails!! Then he said call me, so I called him and then he hung up after I told him about the issue.

    I figure we should all just keep emailing the guy lol. Until he realizes he has to send my money back. Im out 91 bucks.

    Let me know if you want his email or phone number!

          If you know the area code, you can find the city. If you know the city, you can find the P.D. for that city. Google is a wonderful thing

            Call the police in his city or you can email them and explain the situation, I bought a phone off ebay one time and the guy never sent it, had a fake number and never responded to my emails, it was in Baton Rouge, I emailed the PD there, sent them all the emails for evidence and proof of payment and they went to his house and arrested him in front of his fiance and 2 kids! Out of nowhere Im getting emails saying how sorry he was and that he would return my money or give me the phone fedex overnight! It only took about a week for them to handle it, It will be a rude awakening

              Agree with everyone above. Let the authorities handle it. They want to know about scammers and con-artists. Mail fruad is a serious crime. As soon as the PD shows up at his door, I'm sure your $91 won't seem like so much to him.

                Hopefully it will be his land-line & it will give you his name & address!

                Then you can call the local police to create a report.

                  By the way, he left me neg. feedback saying "Horrible ebayer! Offered refund but did not give me time"

                  wtf!!! I gave him weeks and he kept bs'ing me!

                      Im pretty sure I got his onfo. But before I call the police dept. where I think he lives I want to make sure this is the guy.

                      I need someone to go into there ebay and send a message to the guy on one of his items for sale. Ask a random question about it, and then ask for his adress so you could pick it up. Send me a PM, and if they match...Bingo! I call the police and he gets busted. His username is Nic232779, use that to search for the seller and then items he has for sale, I think its a Delco Radio.
