Auto Trans. Specs

Does anyone know a site with the specs for GM auto tranny's? Specifically, I'm looking for gear ratios and, more importantly, sizes and lengths (bell housing to mount length, etc.). I used to have one but can't find it anymore. Thanks in advance

Now this brings me to my next question. I noticed the 200-4R has similar dimensions to the 400 short (which I assume is the 4WD TH-400). Is it possible use a 200-4R in a 4WD application? Thanks again in advance
