My chevelle got hit 2nite.......

so tonight i took my 72 chevelle out 2nite since i had a dated and wanted to make a good impression..... well it was the end of the night, and im heading home but i needed gas so i pull into a gas station. some of u know the gas cap is behind the license plate on a chevelle so when i pump gas i gotta squat down n do it so i cant realy see past the trunk. well my date is standing near by talking to me when i see her face changed and she freaks and just then i hear bam and see my car roll back a bit........so im like f**k! i jump up and fear the worst, i look at the chrysler pacifica thats backed into me then look at my baby and see black plastic on my fender so i start whiping and cursing and it starts coming off then the driver of the car walks up behind me with a pissed off tone and these are the 1st words out of her mouth i will never forget this "what did i do?? thats no big deal look at this here you have paint chips and your paint is faded so thats scratch is nothing"

omg man! i stood back up and looked at this lady for the 1st time and its this nasty looking b**ch about 5'2 120lb her skin was pale yellow and her hair was all messed up and i was in shock, atleast say im sorry but no! and shes giving me this pissed of look like its my fault

so my 1st words were "well it doesnt mean i want it looking worse" and shes like "well u need to fix those chips and when you do u fix that scratch" and i blew up... my next words were " you F*****G B***h!!!! i cant belive ur telling me this" then shes goes "well your car does look like shit" OMG!!!
then i called her every name i could think of.

i have never been soo heated in my life man, i'am still soo pissed! and that was at 10:30pm 2nite and i cant even sleep. ive never insulted someone like i unsulted this lady.....wow im soo mentally drained, i cant even belive this happened it ruined my night.... at least i didnt look like a wuss infront of this girl thats all i can say. but man this is B.S some people shouldnt be living man.....such scumbags.

Plain and simple..no respect. People just can't grasp the concept, nor do they want to take responsibility for their actions.

I'd go key her bumper and say, "Well, since you already have scratches on your bumper for hitting me, I'll make it look worse. That way you can fix everything at one time."

Sorry to hear about your car. The condition of a car's paint shouldn't, and doesn't, make any difference. You should have called the cops just to p*ss her off. If she left, that's fleeing the scene, and a hit-and-run.

Either way, it's a total lack of respect by some people.... Most people actually.

Thats one thing that would make this world much better...common sense. She just doesn't grasp that a car is much more than a means of transportation for people like us. Its a relfection of our different personalities.

oooo...sorry to hear bro! Sadly, I can't say it suprises me. People these days Don't Care. I would definately pursue her insurance company...The worse they can do is write it for a repair/refinish and then charge you betterment on the fresh paint. It will still show up as an at fault accident on her insurance. Therefore, her insurance rates will increase.

i get it all the time, when i hang out with the guys at the local hangout, i park next to the curb and my buddy takes up two spots next to me so that no1 hits our cars, i mean he has the car thats worth not hittin but i try to make my car look at good, and when ppl ask me y i told them NOT to lean on the car, i told them, ok u can buy me a new paint job

well it was just some plastic on their and i got it off with a rag, it be nice to screw this lady up but everytime i think about it i just wanna go find her car a destroy it, so b4 i do something stupid ill let it go.

on the plus side i got accepted to wyotech last week and i will be taking "collision an refinishing" and "street rod and custom fab." so when i get back the chevelle is getting hooked up

I definitly would have called the cops. Then as I was for the cops to show up, I would have been hoping that she would have left. (As mentioned before... Hit & Run) hehe Either way, it would put an at fault accident on her record & you could have gotten her to paint your bumper.

Usually the cops can't/won't do anything on something like this because it was in a parking lot/gas station. However her insurance company has no choice...
