I found this on the NASA site. It's a video from a solid rocket booster. It's a little on the long side, but the interesting points are at 2:50 when the SRB seperates and begins to free fall and about 7:00 when it hits the water.
That shot at 3 minutes only lasts a few seconds, but really takes your breath away!!
