  • Win A New LS-7!!!!!!No BS

Check out this link... Yes I do realize that giving this link greatly decreases my chances of winning. But I would expect the same from you guys... So, if my wife wins it, I should still get it right?

Hmmm.....a V6 to V8 swap can't be all THAT hard if you already have the new engine.... Ok, I know, I know. But if I win that thing, I will find a way. LOL Or maybe I will just sell the Camaro and get a Z to do the swap on. Yeah, and when I win the lottery, I will buy a Z06. dare to dream.

2000 Black Camaro w/3800 V6. Hotchkis STB, Whisper Lid, K&N, Flowmaster exhaust.

Price: $13,895 but not yet available. Not too bad a price. About the same as the GM 572 BB. BB has 250 more HP however. How did they fit a 2.20 intake valve in that head? If you need a light weight motor this could be the way to go.

The LS7 crate motors were being sold a while back, but they very well may have sold out. GM was going to only initially make around 200 reportedly.

I heard that Katech Inc. might have a few. They have some pretty wild crate motors.

I looked into putting in an LS7 before I decided on going with a BBC. There are some pretty good ones out now for the LS7.

InGenius - based on the Delphi MEFI 4B
                              Haltech E8
                              Accel DFI Gen7
                              EMS (Engine Management Systems)
                              Electromotive TEC3

There were also some people reporting that there were already some OEM Delphi LS7 PCM/Harnesses popping up in salvage yards. Go figure.
