i like that design! nice. by "renting out a room" do you mean you live there and are renting out a room or are you renting a room? if so, thats nice you get the garage for one of your cars.

I'm renting a room. We all share the house except for our individual bedrooms (obviously) and I share one of the bathrooms with whoever rents the lone downstairs bedroom (which is empty right now, so I've got the whole thingOriginally posted by wolfman
). My former HR Super. owns the place and rents out the rooms individually (only $450 for mine ). Its an awesome place, located in a culdesac, close to work and the freeway, closer to all my buddies' houses and quiet neighbors...I'm probably the noisiest one lol .
