actualy, with the poly coating (you cant tell in the pic) its quite a nice touch as it matches the rest of the brushed aluminum on the car.... tons of gto folks have done this...

i got alot of compliments on the lug nut covers of the Comp TA..including from the judges at the pontiac nationals, in which that car won first place several times... guess it wasn't that bad, now was it?

and for the record, it was Mary that bugged me for months to do the rear bumper insert......

ill take another pic that might show how it looks a little better.....

but you know what the bottom line is?

and for those new to this forum that dont know me...my "nuts and bolts " were not done in alternating colors ........mr nice guy above is referencing my engine bay...in which the nut tops were painted red to match the mallory billet alluminum accessories which lied within.
